Terms & Conditions & 90-Day Return & Exchange Policy

By placing an order with Andromeda, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions and Return & Exchange Policy.

1. 90-Day Return & Exchange Window

At Andromeda, we want you to be confident in your purchase. We offer a 90-day return and exchange window starting from the date your order is marked as delivered.

Requests submitted after 90 days may not be accepted.

2. Size Issue — Andromeda Covers the Cost

If you receive a different size from the size you ordered, or there is a genuine sizing issue attributable to Andromeda, we will arrange the exchange at no additional delivery cost to the customer.

Andromeda will cover:

  • Return delivery charges

  • Replacement delivery charges

  • Applicable exchange logistics costs

3. Customer-Selected Size / Change of Mind

If you receive the correct size that you originally ordered, but want to return or exchange the product because of:

  • Wrong size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • No longer wanting the product

  • Wanting a different size, style or color

  • Personal fit or preference

you may request a return or exchange within the 90-day window, subject to the conditions below.

In such cases, applicable charges will be deducted from the refund, including:

  • COD/payment processing charges

  • Original delivery charges

  • Return delivery charges

  • Packaging/handling charges

  • Applicable exchange/logistics charges

4. Return & Exchange Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition

  • Free from stains, damage, washing or other signs of use

  • Returned with original packaging, tags and accessories where applicable

Products showing signs of use, damage, washing, alteration or customer-caused damage may not qualify for a return or exchange.

5. Product & Size Selection

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, color and product before placing an order.

We strongly recommend reviewing the available size chart before ordering.

If Andromeda sends a size different from the size ordered, the exchange will be handled according to Section 2 — Size Issue, with applicable delivery costs covered by Andromeda.

6. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, contact Andromeda Customer Support and provide:

  1. Order number

  2. Reason for return/exchange

  3. Photos/videos if requested by our support team

  4. Required replacement size, if applicable

Our team will review the request and provide the next steps.

7. Inspection & Approval

Andromeda reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving any refund or exchange.

A refund or exchange will only be approved if the product meets the applicable return conditions.

8. Refunds

For approved customer-initiated returns where the correct product and size were delivered, applicable charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

These may include:

  • COD/payment processing charges

  • Original delivery charges

  • Return delivery charges

  • Packaging/handling charges

  • Applicable logistics or exchange charges

For genuine size errors attributable to Andromeda, applicable exchange delivery costs will be covered by Andromeda.

9. Our Commitment

Wrong size sent by Andromeda? We pay the delivery cost for your exchange.

Correct size delivered but you want to return or exchange it? Applicable delivery, COD, packaging and logistics charges will be deducted from the refund.

Our goal is to provide a fair, transparent and convenient return and exchange experience while protecting both our customers and Andromeda.

10. Order Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including:

  • Full name

  • Complete delivery address

  • Phone number

  • Product

  • Size

  • Color and other relevant preferences

Andromeda is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

11. Policy Updates

Andromeda reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions and Return & Exchange Policy when necessary.

The latest version published on the Andromeda website will apply to future orders.

12. Customer Agreement

By placing an order with Andromeda, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and 90-Day Return & Exchange Policy.
